Privacy Policy
Last Updated: 16 July 2026
Shiv Shakti Dawakhana ("we", "us", "our", "the Clinic") operates the website shivshaktidawakhana.com to help patients learn about and book ₹9 Nadi Parikshan (pulse diagnosis) consultations. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, how we use it, and what rights you have over it.
1. Information We Collect
Contact details you submit through the booking form: full name, phone number, preferred appointment date and time. Technical data collected automatically: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and referral source (including UTM campaign parameters, Meta fbclid, and Google gclid where you arrive via an advertisement). Payment-related data: if you complete the ₹9 payment online, our payment partner processes your payment details directly — we do not store your card, UPI, or net banking credentials on our own servers (see Section 4). Communication data: if you contact us via phone or WhatsApp, we may retain a record of that conversation for appointment coordination.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to: confirm and manage your ₹9 Nadi Parikshan appointment; contact you by phone, SMS, or WhatsApp regarding your appointment; improve our website and services; measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns (Meta/Google Ads) in aggregate, anonymized form; and comply with applicable law. We do not use your personal data to make any automated decision that produces a legal or similarly significant effect on you.
3. Legal Basis and Your Rights
We process your personal data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the booking form. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025, as these come into full force in a phased manner through 2026–2027, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data; withdraw your consent at any time (this will not affect the lawfulness of processing already carried out, and will not affect our ability to retain records required by law); request erasure of your data where it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected; and raise a grievance with our Grievance Officer (Section 9) and, if unresolved, with the Data Protection Board of India. We will update this policy as our compliance obligations under the phased DPDP Rules take effect.
4. Sharing With Third Parties
We share personal data only with: our payment gateway partner, to process the ₹9 payment; WhatsApp Business / our messaging provider, to send appointment confirmations if you opt to communicate via WhatsApp; our website hosting provider and content delivery network, who store/transmit data as part of operating this website; Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google, in aggregated, pixel-based form for advertising measurement only — this does not include your name or phone number; and law enforcement or regulatory authorities, only where required by law. We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
5. Cookies and Tracking
This website uses cookies and similar technologies (including the Meta Pixel) to remember your session, measure ad performance, and understand how visitors use the site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; doing so may affect some website functionality.
6. Data Retention
We retain your booking information for as long as necessary to provide our services and to meet our legal, accounting, and record-keeping obligations, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures — including HTTPS encryption, restricted database access, and secure hosting — to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's Data
This website is not directed at children under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal data to us without appropriate consent, please contact us and we will remove it.
