Welcome to the Shiv Shakti Dawakhana website. By using this website or booking an appointment through it, you agree to the following terms.

1. Nature of This Website

This website is an informational and appointment-booking tool for Shiv Shakti Dawakhana, an Ayurvedic clinic located in Dwarka, New Delhi. It is not a telemedicine platform, and no diagnosis or treatment is provided through the website itself. All consultations take place in person at our clinic, or as otherwise arranged directly with our doctor.

2. Appointment Booking

When you submit the booking form, you are requesting an appointment slot for a Nadi Parikshan (pulse examination) and Ayurvedic consultation, subject to availability. Submitting the form does not guarantee a confirmed appointment until you receive confirmation from us by phone, SMS, or WhatsApp.

3. The ₹9 Introductory Offer

The ₹9 fee covers [CLIENT TO CONFIRM EXACT SCOPE — e.g. "an initial Nadi Parikshan and consultation with Vaid Mahesh Sharma"]. It does not include the cost of any Ayurvedic medicines, follow-up consultations, or additional diagnostic tests recommended by the doctor, unless stated otherwise at the time of booking. [CLIENT TO CONFIRM REFUND POLICY — until confirmed, this page states: amounts paid are non-refundable if you fail to attend your confirmed appointment without reasonable notice, but will be honoured toward a rescheduled appointment if you contact us at least 4 hours in advance.]

4. No Guarantee of Outcome

Ayurvedic consultation is a traditional wellness practice based on individual assessment. We do not guarantee any specific health outcome, cure, or result from a consultation, and no advertisement or content on this website should be understood as a promise of cure for any medical condition. 5. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate contact information when booking, to arrive at your scheduled appointment on time, and to inform the doctor of any existing medical conditions, ongoing treatments, or medications during your consultation.

6. Website Content and Intellectual Property

All text, images, logos, and design on this website belong to Shiv Shakti Dawakhana or are used under licence. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse this content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shiv Shakti Dawakhana is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, including temporary unavailability of the website or booking system. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for matters that cannot be limited under Indian law, including in relation to actual clinical care provided at our clinic.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
