Appointment cancellation, rescheduling, and refund requests are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Cancellation requests made at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment may be eligible for a refund.
Rescheduling requests made at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment may be accommodated subject to availability.
Late cancellations and No-Shows may not be eligible for a refund.
